Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached in their original packaging to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
